A lot of people will be just about finishing their two weeks of healthy eating and this can be a tough period. Over the next few days you might feel that you want to let the reigns go a bit but please RESIST. Stay strong and stay POSITIVE. You have done fantastically over the past two weeks and you dont want to start all over again. Do you? I didnt think so. So stay strong. Use the weekend to stock up on lovely food for the next week, take advantage of any dry weather and get out for a run, walk, cycles or any activity - why not bring the kids with you too. Have you been trying new recipes over the past couple of weeks, tasting new flavours? Have you noticed that food has been tasting SO much nicer? So with the weekend upon us, stay strong, keep taking it one day at a time, stay within your recommended calorie allowance, stick to your exercise plan and the urge to go back to your old ways WILL PASS.
