A lot of you have been asking about how my cleanse is going. Thanks for all the support! It is going awesome! I am on day 13. I have had two hard days, yesterday being one, where I threw a pity party, but other than that, not as hard as I imagined it would be. I am never hungry. My water retention in my ankles is completely gone. I went 12 days without a headache, which is HUGE for me. My stomach was flatter by day 5 and I have lost 6 pounds. It is very empowering to be in control of my body and health!! 8 more days!
