A lot people are applauding the choice of Justice Kutigi as the chairman for the national conference under the impression that once a great choice of chairman has been made, it would be impossible for one to believe that far reaching recommendations wouldnt be made by men and women of integrity. However, the thruth is countless recommendations and government white papers have been put forward by numerous past conferences and presidential committees headed by men and women of integrity and nothing good still came out of it, becos of non implementation. Or is it not like the euphoria on the appointment of Jega in INEC and the recent election in Anambra state.
