Thank you, J! :-) In a stressful time of feeling a bit lost in work and life, working with Monica helped me to explore my life, confirm whats really important to me and what I want, explore my options and understand how to pursue these in the real world. Her structured and well-balanced coaching process gave me confidence, support and trust, and helped me through this uneasy and uncertain time. After our initial open explorations, things began to fall into place. I found my first steps to get me started, and was able to research and approach the organisations that interested me. In the end it seemed obvious what I should do next, and I now have started on three specific projects, through which I will learn new skills and create a new balance in my life. So far Im loving it!
