A major national newspaper is interested in covering our campaign. We need people willing to be interviewed who have definitely received sub standard care, especially if you have taken successful action, or received an apology from your care givers. Interviews can be done by telephone but they would like to send a photographer (and make up/hair person) to see you before 6pm on Friday. The article is not intended to denigrate the wonderful care that the majority of staff give but to highlight the need to follow the guidelines that exist, to equip staff properly and to ensure that care giving is safer in the future.
