A man once told me that insurance was the biggest ripoff there - TopicsExpress

A man once told me that insurance was the biggest ripoff there was. To a certain point, I agree. This man had insurance on his home and on his auto. However, he did not have life insurance on himself. He was financially secure and did not feel the need to buy a life insurance policy on himself. Insurance on your home. Insurance on your auto. No life insurance on your life. You know where Im going, right? Insurance on the material things in life can be important, but are not necessarily the most important. And, I am not talking about life insurance. I am talking about LIFE INSURANCE. Or better, SOUL INSURANCE. Back in the 1980s, I sold life insurance for awhile. I would visit with a potential client and explain the policy. The premium would depend on the amount of the policy and the age of the policy holder. There are two major types of insurance policies. Whole life, and term life. Term life is pure straight insurance. Whole life is insurance with a built in annuity that allows the policy holder to borrow against the insurance as the policy matures. Ministers are kinda like insurance agents. But unlike traditional insurance agents, these men of God are not selling a product but are freely giving away the Gospel of Jesus Christ. The life insurance or soul insurance is a guaranteed policy against death. The underwriter of this life insurance policy is none other than our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ, The Son of a The Living God. One great feature about this policy is that everyone is covered. The cost of the policy does not increase with age. And it covers all pre-existing conditions. Once this policy is written, your name will be written in The Lambs Book of Life. This policy cannot be cancelled due to non payment. This policy was paid in full on the Cross of Calvary by the Underwriter Himself. Jesus Christ. Matthew 16:26 Jesus said,For what is a man profited if he shall gain the whole world, and lose his own soul? Or what would a man give in exchange for his soul? By the way, the man of whom I spoke earlier still has no life insurance. And I am speaking of the eternal life insurance. As far as I know, this man has never made a profession of faith or ask God for forgiveness. Is your life insurance policy paid in full? I pray so!!! It is so.
