A man was stuck in a terrible traffic jam in Washington, DC. Nothing was moving. Then he saw a man coming along and stopping at each car to talk to the driver. When the man reached him, he asked, Whats up? The man replied that terrorists had captured all Congressmen and were holding them hostage for a billion dollars. If the ransom is not paid they are going to douse them all in gasoline and set them afire. The man said he was taking up a collection and asked if the driver wanted to donate. The driver said, Sure, what are most people giving? The man replied, About a gallon.
