A man went to a Shaikh to ask. He started by saying, Yaa Shaikh, my mom is staying with me and cant get along with my wife. The Shaikh interrupted and asked him to start his question all over again. He started, Yaa Shaikh, my mom stays with me and cant get along with my wife. Again, the Shaikh interrupted him, and for the second and third time, asking him to start his question all over again. The man said: Yaa Shaikh, you are not allowing me finish my question. How would it make sense to you? The Shaikh said: You should start with, my wife and I stay with my mum, only then, will your question make sense. The man understood the lesson, and said: thank you very muc, Shaikh. It really makes sense. If my wife and I are the guest staying with mum, we should learn how to respect and treat her well. And they will get along with each other. May Allah make our Shaiks as wise as this Shaikh. And may He grant us the courage of accepting the truth from our Shaikhs just like the man. Amīn. Allāhu Hāfiz :)
