A medical spa centre in Heswall opened its doors during November to the stars of ITV’s popular X Factor show for a special demonstration of its range of skin treatments. Andrea Mappouridis, an NVQ Epilation level 4 qualified beauty and laser therapist, decided on the countdown to Christmas to demonstrate treatments that her company, Revitalaser, can provide. This included pain free hair removal, combining cutting-edge medical laser technologies, a revolutionary solution that has been described as one of the most comfortable hair removal options available. Special guests of the evening were 2014 X Factor contestants, Chloe O’Gorman, who was originally chosen in Cheryl Ann Fernandez-Versini’s top six vocalists, and Maria Ellinas who impressed the judging panel with her rendition of Street Life in the room auditions and was mentored by Simon Cowell when she progressed to the boot camp stage. Singer and songwriter, Maria Ellinas, said “ My skin under goes stress, however, since using the products and skin peel treatments, which are exclusively used by Revitalaser, my skin is now looking flawless.” She added, “In my profession its important for me to look fresh and I was very conscious of my skin as it used to be very problematic, but that was prior to using the expertise of Revitalaser” Amongst the treatments offered at Revitalaser are a range of skin treatments including laser hair removal, skin peels, infra red skin tightening, a solution for those with excessive hair growth (e.g. polycistic ovaries) and a medically approved range of skincare products.
