A message from Ambassador Mike King: Hi everyone, My name is Mike King and my wife has been suffering with Lupus for 17 years. Some of you may have noticed a post a couple of weeks ago about a Lupus Choir.... I am a choir director and vocal coach and have my own choir called MKC, of which my wife is a member. Singing and the friendships you make with those you sing with has so many benefits and really helps in terms of support, well being, building confidence, staying positive etc. We would love to create a St Thomas Lupus Trust Choir that will meet every now and again and just have fun. If we can raise money and awareness in the process then that would be great, but initially it will be about having a great time singing together with people who understand and can support each other. This will be free to take part and all we ask is that if you are interested you let Angie or myself know and spread the word!! Here are some links to get you inspired....
