So, when they found that a Buffalo Officer was involved in dog fighting, they did the right thing and locked him up on eight Felony Level charges that could have put this despicable human being, Shannon Richardson, behind bars for up to 32 years. BUT, Erie County DA Frank Sedita, aka the plea fairy, reduced everything to misdemeanors. Now, the DAs office is trying to give Richardson a plea that will allow him to keep his job and keep him out of jail altogether. Please support the Brave Officers and the abused dogs to stop this travesty of justice from moving forward.
