A message from Shaun T for those who are AFRAID to start working out! 1. Dont put pressure on yourself to try and lose weight in 1 day. 2. Dont judge yourself. Do what you can do. Its your body so live in that. 3. Keep the focus. 4. Maybe you only need to workout 5 min a day for the first week. 5. Get a support team around you that will motivate you to keep going! I KNOW YOU CAN DO IT! Just trust in the power of YOU!
