Baka iniisip ng mga tao na ok kami dito. Wala ng pagkain, gasolina, at tubig. Nag ka looting na kanina sa isang grocery store dito. We need tents, food and drinking water. No one was spared. Ormoc is in terrible shape and no one is covering us here. There is no government functioning here.- A message from They are taking turns using a phone that is being charged in the car. They are asking also if they can borrow chainsaws. For now water, tents, and canned goods.
