A message to muslim brothers/sisters: Allah did not, could not, and would not protect kaba! Sura al-feel…105-1-5: Muhammad claimed in the above sura that Allah sent the flocks of birds carrying stones in their beaks to destroy the king of yemen, abaraha, who came with an army of elephants to destroy kaba. But Abu Tahir al-janabi, the leader of Al-Qaramat state of eastern Arabia and Bahrain, attacked Mecca in 930 AD., destroyed kaba, killed the pilgrims and stole the black stone. When he was removing the stone he looked up to the sky and challenged allah to send the army of birds to stop or destroy him as allah did in abraha’s case. But allah could neither stop nor destroy him. Abu Tahir took the stone to his home town, Al-Hasa and kept it there for 40 years until Abbasids caliph paid ransom for its return. Some historians believe that original stone was never returned. it proves that the story of Abraha’s destruction by birds was concocted by Muhammad to fool, scare and abuse illetrate beduins. Kaba has been destroyed 3 times in the history. First time during the fight when caliph yazid ibn mawiya sent the army in AD 692 to suppress a rebellion in mecca under the leadership of Abdullah al-zubair or ibn zubair. Second time it was destroyed by tahir al-janabi in AD 930. Third time it was destroyed in 1979 when a beduin tribe rebelled against Saudi king. The tribe took refuge inside kaba. Saudis sent armoured vehincles inside kaba. France also sent its legion to help Saudis fight rebels. The French legion was given permission to enter kaba to round up the rebels.
