A milestone yesterday.Kingston hospital fitted me with hearing aids. Have had a hearing loss since I was 25 and strained to hear everything since. They hardly show at all which is brilliant, but it is so weird. Footsteps pound inside my head, when I move just watching T.V. they make sounds, feels like on an aeroplane.Apparently i must be patient and persist and will be rewarded then.
