A million dollar question:- If Joshua was a rich, very rich businessman. If he had in his possession: tracks of land, a fleet of luxury cars, a private jet (oh! i love that), several vacation home in the most beautiful places on earth (Kajiado included :) ), several beach homes e.t.c. What if he was every thing greatness has to offer other than him being the man God wanted him to be, would we count him successful?. Romans 12:2 Therefore, I urge you, brothers and sisters, in view of God’s mercy, to offer your bodies as a living sacrifice, holy and pleasing to God—this is your true and proper worship. Do not conform to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. Then you will be able to test and approve what God’s will is—his good, pleasing and perfect will. Romans 8:28 And we know that in all things God works for the good of those who love him, who have been called according to his purpose. The closure of the matter is pegged on the perfect will of God. The reason for our character change, spiritual growth, pursue of happiness, achievement of dreams and any other destiny related acts should be to carry out to fulfillment that will of God for which he created us for. There comes a time when a man must choose between being a king for, through and of the world for the achieving of self-centered goals and ambitions. And being a servant for, through and of God for the realizing of a higher calling. God is calling us to be all He created us to be; to be in His perfect image, a reflection of His love.
