A miracle has happened. I have been a customer of Pedernales Electric Co-op since lord knows when -- 1973?? In yesterdays mail, there was a check from PEC for $50.34 as a dividend for years 1984 and 1985. Wow, they are finally turning loose of some of their bazillions and returning it to the customers as opposed subsidizing the board members, which was their SOP until the proverbial S--T hit the fan a few years back.
