A model project of Oracle Flex-Cube upgrade and implementation of Islamic banking Afghan United bank: Oracle Flex-Cube upgrade from 10.5 to 11.3 was successfully implemented within projected time period The project was started in middle of March 2013 with 15 team members overall and today both Islamic and conventional with alternative-channels are being made live on Oracle Flex-Cube version 11.3 and it also has to be mentioned that FCDB was also upgraded to the latest version with implementation of FCDB corporate It was a big achievement for the bank implementing both upgrade from 10.5 to 11.3, and Islamic banking migration from a manual system to Oracle Flex-Cube version 11.3 with FCDB upgrade and implementation of FCDB corporate within 5 months. As a project manager I really appreciate untiring efforts of the team members which has accomplished the project with unexpected success.
