A mom needs your help: Was wondering if you kid post a question for me. I know a lot of children with SPD, have other diagnosis such as ASD or ADHD. Right now, we only have a diagnosis of SPD, but we strongly suspect our 2 1/2 y/o may also have ASD or ADHD. We were going to wait to get a further Dx, because she already has an IEP and is school and has a referral for an OT. But another mom was telling me, once she got an ASD Dx, she was given access to ABA therapists? It may still be me being anxious over the A word, but is there a drawback to getting a 2 year old an official ASD diagnosis? Debra from Virginia
