A morning spent renewing insurances and cancelling unwanted services.. Results are - Failed to cancel the VirginMedia package, but just asking them resulted in a £12 PM discount with a faster internet and TiVo package thrown in !?! Switched from Swiftcover to LV via a meerkat for a £280 saving! on one of the cars. So miffed - we had a bad smash a couple of years back and Swiftcover were amazing, I would recommend them to anyone and Ive told them on a number of occasions, but £280 difference - just too much to ignore. Last year I didnt even look around, nor the year before as they we so good. But phoned them to cancel, still the best phone support out there and they started to talk about a better price. Guys, this is not a Moroccan Market, I dont want to haggle for everything, your loyal repeat customers should be the ones getting the best deal. I should not need to threaten to leave you for you to be fair with me. Glad of the saving... Miffed that I have to chase it.
