A musician named Dave Carrol had some difficulties with United Airlines.Dave spent over 9months trying to get United to pay for the damages caused by baggage handlers to his custom made Taylor guitar.During his final exhange with the United Customer Relations Manager, he stated that he was left with no other choice than to create a music video for YouTube exposing their lack of cooperation. The manager responded by saying,Good luck with that one pal! The video has since then received over 6 million hits. United Air contacted the musician and attempted a settlement in exchange for pulling the video. Carrols answer was, Good Luck with that one pal! Taylor guitars sent him 2 new custom guitars in appreciation for the product recognition ,the video has led to a sharp increase in orders.
