A must read for teachers and parents! This is one of the reasons why I started using stability balls in my classroom. The kids really need them! We have to teach our curriculum but we can be creative to help the kids get in more movement. However, I also believe that as a parent we need to make sure our kiddos are playing outside when they get home but we also need to be outside playing with them.
