A mysterious broadcast has appeared on your Nuevo Pokegear. It it full of static but sounds as if a man is laughing. The broad cast seems to become stronger as you progress further through the league. Nuevo News: More new trainers and Gym Leaders have been disappearing within Green District as the smog worsens to and suddenly the canals of Green District begin to rumble below the city. Nuevo Authorities have become in high alert, now offering a bounty of 3000NP for the take down of Team Nukes lab. The smog has become dangerously thick and obscuring. Yellow District has heard reports of an odd humming noise coming beneath the earth as it continues to shake and shudder, the prelude to something horrible as pokemon flee the forrest and wild life begins to die out. Meanwhile Orange District remains nonchalant to the chaos of the lower districts, The Final Gambit Game becoming the main distraction, but the black outs starting to stir suspicions that perhaps everything going on is not just a coincidence. Nuevo Officials have now began pleading to the Elite Four for help solving the catastrophe. Temporary Rules ----------------------- Green District: No one is allowed to use priority moves or fire Pokemon within the district unless part of Team Nuke or Gym Leader inside their Gym ONLY. (Gym Leaders no longer can use priority moves in Gym challenges.) Yellow District: Due to the earthquakes and rock slides, Fire types and Flying types are not allowed within the district unless part of Team Nuke or Gym Leader inside their Gym ONLY. (Berries are now unuseable by ANYONE in the district) Orange District: Due to power outages, Trainers must have at least ONE electric Pokemon in their party during matches in the district.
