A neat little story..The other evening my electric tea kettle, of many years, gave up its ghost. I was so sad as I enjoy having my teas on a regular basis and this kettle is just so convenient. anyway, saw one at Costco - too bulky and just not the right look - (it looked more like the old coffee pots I used to use.) Anyway, yesterday on my way home I had and inkling to look at Hopes Treasure thrift store. Well looked around and didnt see one and thought oh well nice try. But then the inkling told me to have a second look again, so I went back in and really scrutinized all the housewares shelves and....drum roll... Lo and Behold!! I found a perfect stove top tea kettle, for only $4.50! A Faber Ware stainless steel - that was so obviously never, or hardly ever used!! Perfect! I came home, washed it up real good and enjoyed a delicious cup of Wild Berry Zinger!. End of sweet little story. (despise not the day of small things) :)
