A new severe thunderstorm watch is in effect for far northwestern Missouri and northeastern Kansas valid until 4 am Monday morning. Were currently watching thunderstorms in southeastern Nebraska and another area in central Kansas. There is a good chance for these areas to merge with new thunderstorm development filling in over northeastern Kansas. These storms will move to the east during the overnight hours, affecting northwestern Missouri and northeastern Kansas after midnight. Elsewhere, from I-35 eastward, the chances for thunderstorms tonight are very low.
