A new study released by Safe Kids Worldwide finds an alarming number of parents allow their children to use seat belts, without a booster seat, before they should. This week officials speaking about certain guidelines that should be followed, a majority of them not based on age as previously assumed. On Saturday, Quirk Chevrolet in Bangor will hold an event for parents to show how to properly install child safety and booster seats. You can swing by anytime between 10:00-1:00.
