A new system of voter registration has been introduced in England, Scotland and Wales. Individual registration is aimed at improving the accuracy of the electoral roll and cutting fraud. But research by the BBC shows that it may also leave many students in a position where they are not registered to vote in next years general election. Giles Dilnot reports from Oxford, before Andrew Neil interviews Constitution Minister Sam Gyimah in the Sunday Politics studio.
