A nice customer sent a letter to the Gallup Independent acknowledging the Navajo Nation Records Management Departments excellent customer service on Friday... and as of yesterday, more and more customers are coming in saying that they are wanting to start accounts, major company reps are coming saying that they are wanting to start business with us.. and I COULD NOT BE ANY MORE HAPPIER!!! The head honchos are out, so that means I have meetings with contractors, potential customers, and other Navajo Nation Directors regarding the services we provide. Its amazing how one letter could rake in customers. I am happy. I have some good news to deliver once my supervisors come in... For those who want to read the letter.... its in Fridays Gallup Independent Newspaper, in the Letters to the editor section... Its flippn awesome! lol
