A nice service review Way to go Rick.. The purpose of this email is to express my deep and sincere appreciation for Rick Fernandes’ (Asst. Service Manager) support. A few weeks ago, I brought my Chevy S-10 pickup into Colonial South Chevrolet for service to resolve a ‘Service Engine Soon’ light. As it turned out, the process was long and challenging. Throughout the entire process, Rick was professional, sensitive to my frustration, and understanding. I have gotten to know Rick as a person, and I can say, without hesitation, that he is one of the finest human beings I have ever had the pleasure of knowing.
