A panel appointed by CIA director John Brennan, at the instigation - TopicsExpress

A panel appointed by CIA director John Brennan, at the instigation of John Brennan, composed of three CIA members and two other people selected by Brennan, decided not to recommend disciplinary action against the five CIA agents singled out by the agency’s own inspector general for improperly ordering and carrying out secret searches, under Brennan, of the computers of the Senate Intelligence Committee looking into the CIA’s use of torture. To call this a “whitewash” vastly understates it. Brennan’s CIA violated the Constitution’s separation of powers. That Brennan is still director of the CIA is itself a scandal. Your view?
