A parent asks our group: I am hoping to get some advise. My 4 year old has a huge issue with sleeves. We were able to get him to wear a coat for the winter but now that its to warm for a coat, he still needs some thing warm on like a sweatshirt. We cannot get him to wear one. He will wear my husbands over sized sweatshirt only when he really gets cold. I dont know if its a power struggle or if its a something new issue or a legitimate issue with the sleeves. He hates to wear sleeves on his shirts and complains they are itchy. I dont know what to do - fight him on it and make him do it or let him be to warm with his coat or to cold without?
