A parent asks our group: I was wondering if anyone has frustration with meltdowns? Im new to the SPD world and I feel at the end of my rope. We havent had therapy started yet and now my 2 yr old is copying my 5yr olds behaviors (even though hes not SPD). Also its frustrating me because I feel alone, my husband doesnt believe in it and thinks its just her being spoiled. Please help me to see im not alone! How do you know the difference between a SPD meltdown and a behavioral issue?
