A parent asks our group: My son is in the process of an SPD diagnosis. Its been a rough road and still continuing. Anywho, does any other SPD kids not have a problem with their room, their bed anything but always end up sleeping on the floor? My son will go to bed between 8-9pm depending on how well he naps and then will be up between midnight-1 and get his pillow and blanket and start sleeping on the living room floor or kitchen floor. we have all hardwood floors in our house. I am just wondering if anyone found any good tricks to get them to sleep in their own bed. I move him every time I catch him (I work at 5am so I am up about 4am to find him or I hear him walking around). Just looking for some advice!
