A piece of my mind!! Plz sign/like/share someone u know might want to Born in 88 came to Aus in 89 (against my will lol). I am more or less an Aussie Maaate, that happens to support the Warriors ;) . I struggled through the public education system only to eventually drop out of Granville Boys HS in year 9 or have kicked out marked on my file. Life skills behavior school was a result, which in my opinion, was what i needed! Not long after this I joined the workforce at age 15 working in various warehouses until I settled at Woolworths NDC . Couple years before I moved into Construction site labouring, worked at Garden Island Navy base as a TA for over a year before becoming a 2nd class sheety duct modification/installing. All the while paying my taxes, upto $500+ p/w just like citizens and non citizens alike! Working in different industries gave me wide exposure to a multitude of cultures unique to the shores of AU. Though this does present its challenges when it comes to cultural barriers or misunderstandings, I was quick to learn that we are all EQUAL, no exceptions! So I say, ask yourself -If a relatively poorly educated Kiwi citizen can come to such a simple but logical conclusion, How come fairly well educated Australian Government Representatives are oblivious to the logicality and simplicity of EQUALITY???!
