A plan to make tertiary education free was just one of the announcements made by Palmer United Australia candidate Phil Allen at a Richmond electorate Meet the Candidates forum on Tuesday. The forum, held in Tweed Heads was organised by The Family Centre and Northern Rivers Social Development Council (NRSDC) and focused on social issues for the local region.
