A player is shuffling his deck and after shuffling his deck separates cards around from his deck into random locations (such as separating multiple monsters so as there arent 6 monsters right next to each other when you only play a minimal amount such as 10 or so for example) then the player cuts/ shuffles (randomizes)his deck a couple more times Then presents the deck to the opponent to randomize. Is this allowed?
