A possibility for 2015,- IF I can work out everything correctly, I am thinking of having a go at designing and making a Miniature Road-Train set to,- 1:5 scale. At this scale, the Rig on its own would measure a good TWO metres in length, while each trailer would be round the Three metre mark in length, with the dollys scaled accordingly. Wheels would definately be Rubber-tyred, probably Mobility Scooter size, ( round the 200.-240mm.Dia. ) IF my concept works out,- thinking along the line of a BBQ on one trailer; a decent size Esky, (or two), on another; with the 3rd trailer designed to incorporate a table with fold-out benches,- It would be a conventional Big Rig, complete with Roobar, spotties, etc;- I think you get the drift;- Comments welcome.
