A prayer of Thanksgiving Our Heavenly Father, The Third District Lay organization and supportive friends, have come to say thank you! You heard and answered our prayers to re-elect Dr. Willie C. Glover as President for another term, that he may continue under your guidance, to use the wisdom and talent you have given him for kingdom building. We thank you for safe travel, good health while in Atlanta, and a smooth election. We pray that Dr. Glover and his cabinet will meet and exceed the organization’s goals with your approval. Strengthen us to work with him and be diligent in all we do to support the organization and fulfill the church’s mission. We ask that you will keep him in your care and bless his wife Karen, as she works with him in his lay ministry. Please give them strength and courage to work the word through prayer and faith. We will not forget how you came through and blessed us with this opportunity to give you our best as we help Dr. Glover give you his best, for the spreading of the gospel.
