Vets at the San Diego Humane Society believe someone had wrapped rubber bands around the dogs snout. The little dog underwent reconstructive surgery and was placed with a foster family while he healed. They loved him so much, they decided to adopt him. Flynn has been re-named Wiley. His new mom has started an instagram account where she chronicles his adventures with his siblings Theo and Loki.
