A quad bike has been seized after we received a report from a concerned resident that it was being driven in a dangerous manner on the fields at the end of Potters Lane, Harpurhey. Upon Police arrival, a male driver had abandoned the vehicle and as such it was seized under Section 165 of the Road Traffic Act for no insurance. We are attempting to find the owner of the Quad Bike however failure to do so will result in it being crushed.
