A question? The story so far. Before the last school holidays I had my eyes checked and ordered my new glasses. Two weeks later I call to find out about my order. Im told they have been in for a week. I was told they would contact me when they arrived!! So down to Chirnside I go to collect the new glasses, whilst trying them on in the shop I explained I cant see clearly and my long vision is blury. The assistant tells me to go home and get used to them, if in 2 weeks they still arent right come back. Over the next 2 weeks I suffered horrendous cluster headaches and migraines, on the few times I ventured on the road my driving ability was dramatically reduced because I couldnt see distance. So I go to another shop in the group they retest my script and apologies profusely about the error no wonder you suffered headaches. Your script is way off So they reorder my glasses with the right script in them. I collect them 10 days later . Today I had to return for the third time as one lense was not right and felt likebit had a bump in it. They are very sorry and as they check the lense , they actually break the lense.so now Im walking around in a pair of glasses with a star crack in them while I wait till they order another lense in. My question is should I give up and try another provider. Or do I get free glasses for few visits when I need them ??
