A question for my agriculturally minded friends. I have a peach tree that typically gets decimated by the squirrels just before the peaches ripen. The peaches are starting to turn a little pink and the squirrels are attacking, but the peaches are still firm and kind of small. Can I pick them now and let them ripen off the tree to save them from the squirrels, or is it best to leave them on the vine?
