A question for the group - do your stores require that food be a part of delivery? There have been 2 customers now who order a large amt. of diet soda - one would order a large pizza and 10 2-liters of Dt. Pepsi (never tipped). Guy would order 3-5 times a week, I tried to convince people at the store that he was using the soda to dissolve the body in his bathtub. Eventually was limited to 4 per order and eventually faded away (though am sure the mention on him here means Ill be going there tomorrow). Have a customer now who was ordering a pizza and 4 2-liters of Dt. Dew who, two weeks ago, went to ordering only the Dt. Dew. She has (so far) tipped a buck and change, and there is no wait to get the order out the door, so it can usually run with something else. Was just curious as to what the other stores do and if anyone has had similar experiences.
