20141227 0404 MST Awakening ~= 3:30 am and sleep avoiding me. Schiff Melatonin Ultras affect has waned. 22.6°f outside; 48.2°f inside. The usual 16°f increase of 2 Mr. Heaters, 1 in the kitchen and 1 in the bedroom. This is too cold for boiling water and brewing herbal remedies for sleeping. The powdered herbal extracts I mix with cold water continue to relieve the pain. The one that also has a drowsiness affect no longer has me sleepy. Praise God. Thank You Jesus.
