A question for today: Sometimes when Im watching a Stanley Kubrick films, I pause and say to myself I dont get it. Some of his films are my favorite like Spartacus. Others do not resonate with me. And critics and people love his films. I feel the same way about some Quentin Tarantino films as well. Theyre hit or miss. I think this is a part of art. People love or hate it. Theres none of that lukewarm bull crap. It evokes an emotional reaction whether beknownst or unbeknownst in the viewer. Anyway the question is: What is something popular that you just dont get?
