A question from Jenny O: Im so glad I found this page. Ive suffered with anxiety and panic on and off for the last 10 years. I just went to see my psychiatrist today and my meds were increased. I get anxiety just thinking about taking meds. Im so afraid of getting addicted or, even worse, that they will make the anxiety worse. Ive been having some pretty bad attacks lately. Does anyone else shake like crazy, cry, and find themselves in the bathroom constantly? (Hope thats not too much info!) Anyway, I feel so alone and scared. Talking about my symptoms and hearing that there are others out there that may feel the same way really helps. Any suggestions on coping techniques would be greatly appreciated.
