A question iv been asked a lot lately is..... Do you have to wear Mas clothing when you train in our gym.... Of course not, you can wear what ever you want, the only rules we have in our gym is we respect the equipment and respect each other. Your free to train at any gym and free to wear what ever you feel comfortable in.... Obviously has to be appropriate gym attire.. I Mas is a gym that people are free to come try and feel free to try other gyms at any time.. Even now that I own Mas I still train else where at times is good to see new faces and get tips from others there is a lot of good gyms around. Where always there to welcome you back at any time. Xx
