A question was thrown at me today that how come people of your city (varanasi) throw eggs at kejriwal (even if he is not liked , he is no offender of any sort ).Thats pure uncouth behavior and uncivilized culture . I wish i could narrate them the incident (Jan 23-24) when Modi was getting lot of media attention for his UP tour and to counter that the ruling samajwadi party organized a rally of the legend of Mulayam Singh Yadav in Varanasi. The whole city was held to ransom by SP goons when they blocked all entry-exit points of the city and diverted on gun-point every office goers, transport buses , common man to the rally.Next day Media displayed the huge turnout at Mulayams Rally as support for SP in Varanasi but none mentioned the Goons act. I wish i could tell them that cities in UP take acclaim , blame and riots on the whims of the politicians and not because of their popular will .But I chose not to say anything.Off late , Like many others i have stopped disclosing my UP origin for there are too many uncomfortable questions to answer . #Kejriwal in Varanasi
