A quick reminder of our warranty terms which can be found on the website WARRANTY & RETURNS: On completion of the bill of sale the horse is deemed to be sold, subject to vetting, where appropriate. Once the horse has successfully passed the vet we have no legal obligation to take it back. However, within our thirty day warranty period a horse that is felt to be unsuitable by its new owner may be returned and a suitable replacement horse will be provided to them of equal value. We are very aware sometimes horses do not settle into their new environments and we are more than happy to exchange any horse within its warranty period, however no refunds will be given. If you do not want another horse then we will take the horse on sales livery. We do our very best to ensure every horse gets the right home however being animals they dont always react as expected in a new environment, this is no ones fault and we will work with the owners to get it rectified. We pride ourselves on having excellent after sales care and are always on hand for help or advice
