Tauranga City Council has to decide if people coming to Waimarino and parking or getting off a bus, to go kayaking,will be any different to people parking or getting off a bus to get on the paddleboat. Western Bay of Plenty District Council has to decide if people coming to the Wairoa Riverside Reserve to get on a paddleboat, is any different to people just looking at the river go past, and whether we should apply for a resource consent to tie up there. What do you think?
